City network Services
We work in partnership with TransLink to co-ordinate public transport in south-east Queensland. To give feedback regarding our City network services, please contact TransLink by completing a feedback form, or phone 13 12 30.
Upon receipt of information about your feedback from TransLink, Queensland Rail will investigate your feedback and respond to TransLink within 10 working days. If this is not possible, we will advise TransLink how long it will take to resolve and they will communicate directly with you via your preferred contact method.

Travel network Services
To provide feedback regarding our Travel network services, please contact Queensland Rail directly by completing our feedback form or phone 13 16 17.
We will respond to your feedback within 10 working days. If this is not possible, we will contact you via your preferred method to provide an update on your feedback request.
