2011 - first quarter
The first coffee with our Chief Customer Officer was held in March receiving very positive feedback from customers who attended. Hot topics included on-time running, safety and security, station announcements and the customer charter.
Chief Customer Officer Theo Taifalos said "It was a great experience to share ideas, listen to concerns and take away actions for improvement. I would really encourage customers to participate and am looking forward to next month’s coffee."
2011 - second quarter
The Coffee with Chief Customer Officer sessions are continuing monthly with great attendance, feedback and support from customers and community participants. Discussion topics included timetables, maintenance work, communications and unplanned disruptions and long distance travel.
