Our most successful initiative to date; The Queensland Rail Community Reference Group (CRG) program provides a valuable face to face, two way communication channel between Queensland Rail and it’s customers, local residents and communities.
CRG meetings are held across all Queensland Rail City network lines and some Queensland Rail regional lines covering a range of topics including customer service, operations, facilities, upcoming projects, accessibility and communication.
The CRG program holds meetings for each individual rail line on a bi-monthly basis to identify and communicate customer concerns, issues and ideas to Queensland Rail.
Each meeting provides a valuable opportunity for customers to speak directly with Queensland Rail employees about relevant topics that concern them.
At the end of each year a combined CRG meeting is organised where members are invited from all lines and given the opportunity to meet and discuss topics with Queensland Rail CEO and management staff.
If you are actively using the Queensland Rail city network, or have an active interest in our service, we encourage you to register your interest in joining one of our important focus groups.
We feel that it's important to listen to our customers to understand how they feel about our services so that we can continue to improve.
As a volunteer participant in a Queensland Rail CRG, you will be given the opportunity to provide important feedback and input into rail services and upcoming projects.
If you have a topic that you would like to suggest for discussion, please send it through to CRG@qr.com.au.
