The Inlander
If taking the track less travelled appeals to your adventurous spirit, then why not choose the remarkable journey offered by The Inlander. |
 |
|
The Inlander operates between the
popular tourist destination of Townsville and the mining centre of
Mount Isa, where so much of Queenslands mineral wealth is found.
Mount Isa offers terrific camping and four wheel driving in the
rugged terrain surrounding the town, while the Outback at Isa
complex is a must-see.
Dont miss the chance to visit the famed Lawn Hill Gorge in
Boodjamulla National Park, and if dinosaurs take your fancy the
nearby Riversleigh fossil field is one of the worlds best known
deposits of fossilised relics.
