The East Coast Discovery Pass is available to both domestic and international travellers and is the most flexible, easy and versatile way to discover the East coast of Australia by rail.
With unlimited stopovers in one direction between Cairns and Melbourne (or vice versa), it's a ticket to the East coast's most popular destinations. You can visit Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Cairns and all stops in between ... or choose a shorter pass to suit your needs.
Passes are valid from the first day of travel for six months, in the one direction only.
Effective for Passes sold 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014

After completing your online booking, your Travel Pass Receipt will be sent to your email address. Please print your receipt and present to the Travel Centre or Ticket Office prior to commencing your first journey. At this time, the receipt will be exchanged for your actual travel pass.
