Community engagement

At Queensland Rail we aim to proactively engage with our customers and Queensland communities through a variety of programs.

With the aim to continually improve our rail service, these programs are an opportunity for individuals to provide feedback, discuss topics or issues, be consulted on changes which may affect them and actively participate in projects and events.

Customer reference groups

Queensland Rail’s c​ustomer reference group program provides a valuable face to face, two-way communication channel between Queensland Rail and its customers.
