Queensland Rail has been connecting communities for nearly 160 years. We are committed to connecting communities by modernising and improving our network, ensuring everyone can travel safely by train and without barriers.
The 'Everybody's journey is different' campaign acknowledges our customers are diverse and have a range of accessibility requirements. The campaign aims to communicate the accessibility features on the South East Queensland network and services, as well as promote the new accessible information we have available including station maps and descriptions of each station, improved step-by-step journey information, and virtual train tours.
The campaign can be seen on social media, in trains and at stations.
