Refreshes will take place at the following stations:

- Nerang

Work will commence at Ormeau and Coomera stations first, with the upgrade of the footbridge at Ormeau station starting in mid-March 2017 and continuing until later in the year.
The scope of works for the Gold Coast line stations includes:
- improved secure fencing
- improved lighting
- enhanced CCTV
- renovated public toilet facilities
- new pavement at the front of Coomera station
- additional public toilet facilities at Helensvale
- upgrading the Ormeau footbridge with Crimsafe security mesh to provide more light and airflow

The stations are expected to remain open throughout works. There are no planned changes to services during construction; however, there may be temporary changes to station access, station facilities, and bus stop arrangements.
