Queensland Rail has completed improvements to the subway at Milton station, making it safer for customers and the local community.
Milton station is one of the busiest hubs on the South East Queensland network, serving thousands of customers each day, in addition to large influxes of people who travel to nearby Suncorp Stadium for special events.
Project update
Between June and September 2019, we upgraded the subway under the rail corridor by installing new floor, wall and ceiling surfaces, as well as new lighting, tactile ground surface indicators and stairs to platforms 2 and 3.
