At Queensland Rail, we are working with the
Department of Transport and Main Roads to expand and improve our rail network to meet the increasing demands of our growing state.
As part of the State Government’s Queensland Infrastructure Plan, we are undertaking extensive works to deliver new lines, stations and introduce new trains to our network.
We also have a large program of works dedicated to improving customer experience for more than 50 million customer journeys Queensland Rail carries each year. Our station upgrade and renovation projects are aiming to deliver enhanced levels of safety, security and comfort for our customers.
