IMU 100 layout description

​​Overall train layout:

Three car train, carriage one is on the left, carriage two in the middle and carriage three is on the right. An arrow shows the train can run in either direction.​

Carriage seating layout:

From left to right, from one end of the train to other end. Both sides of the train are the same unless stated.

Carriage 1

  • Drivers cab on end of train
  • Three side-by-side inward facing seats
  • Twin priority seats also inward facing
  • Train doors on both sides
  • Another twin set of inward facing priority seats
  • Twin sets of seats facing each other to make a four seat area
  • Two rows of twin seats facing towards the drivers cab/first set of doors
  • Twin sets of seats facing each other to make a four seat area
  • Two rows of twin seats facing away from the drivers cab/towards second set of doors
  • Twin sets of seats facing each other to make a four seat area
  • Twin sets of inward facing priority seats
  • Train doors on both sides
  • Luggage storage on one side of the train with a set of priority seats facing inwards on the other
  • Twin sets of seats facing each other to make a four seat area
  • Two rows of twin seats facing towards the drivers cab/the doors.

  • Seven side-by-side inward facing seats
  • Twin priority seats also inward facing
  • Train doors on both sides
  • Another twin set of inward facing priority seats
