contacting us directly. We acknowledge all formal feedback within ten working days, or sooner for urgent or safety-critical issues.

Commuter Catch-Ups and
Customer Reference Group as a part of our
community engagement programs to gather more in-depth feedback. Your participation is invaluable in shaping the future of our services.

We regularly review feedback and use it to guide service planning, training, and customer experience improvements across our network. While not all suggestions can be implemented, we strive to address common concerns and communicate any limitations.
