At Queensland Rail, we are working with the
Department of Transport and Main Roads to expand and improve our rail network to meet the increasing demands of our growing state.
As part of the State Government’s Queensland Infrastructure Plan, we are undertaking extensive works to deliver new lines, stations and introduce new trains to our network.
With more than 40 million customer journeys travelled each year, Queensland Rail is dedicated to improving the customer experience and has a large program of works to support this. Our station upgrade and renovation projects are aiming to deliver enhanced levels of safety, security and comfort for our customers.
